Brian has thirty seven years of experience in responding to emergencies. Being part of the initial 9/11 response profoundly changed his perception toward the practice of emergency preparedness and response. After this experience, he helped create and manage a group to deal with the threats of our current world.

Brian has written and produced several award winning videos for Law Enforcement and Fire Services. These videos include scenarios including an active shooter, intruders with suspicious package, and equipment failure that leads to high voltage fires on electrical infrastructure.
